After multiple rounds of user interviews, we designed and launched a conversion-focused website. We created industry pages, business department pages, and product/service callouts rooted in customer values to drive leads from LinkedIn.

Supported business development by planning event and conference schedules, developing sales collateral that communicated complex AI solutions with clarity, and creating standardized client onboarding processes to improve the transition from sales to implementation.
We started with local networking communities to generate new client contacts. These groups provided access to diverse industries and a wide range of decision makers, leading to partnerships with financial services, HR managed services, and marketing agencies.
